The King demands a dish of his own! This was a hit during Restaurant Week, so we kept it. Seasoned fries just like the Queen, this time with shredded short ribs of beef, and a richer, thinner gravy, dotted with melted cheese curd.
Seasoned fries loaded with cheese, bacon, house pickled jalapenos, sour cream, scallions.
Vegetarian Option: Substitute Caramelized Onions for Bacon

What's this, a rock-n-roll reference? But...games!?! Well, Songburst is a game in which you have to guess popular song lyrics, so...it works! This is the Fun-Guy Special without the Mushroom, but with a cup of loaded Creamy cheddar and parmesan and spinach fondue in a small bowl, served with house made tortilla chips. What if you're hungry, baby? Fondue me like that. Add our house chili for $2 and boom: Nachos! Or swap out the cheese for Just Peachy Salsa, no extra cost
You don't have to be a vegetarian to love this: A breaded and deep-fried Portabello Mushroom cap, loaded with Creamy cheddar and parmesan fondue and chopped spinach, served with house made tortilla chips. Nice to share, but you may not want to!
Our homemade hummus is perfectly balanced and tasty with peppers, cucumbers, and tortilla wedges for dipping. It's also a perfect vehicle for more intense flavors: order roasted red peppers or garlic!
Authentic Cheese Curd, rolled in our housemade beer-batter and deep fried for maximum cheesiness. Also available as a side
Finally, a way for Muggles like us to get our hands on a golden snitch! No spells or broomsticks required. These are 3 golf-ball-sized macaroni and cheese balls rolled in our house-blend breading and deep fried, served with your choice of our house-made sauces! You'll be saying "10 points for Crossroads!"
Beer-battered chicken tenders, served with seasoned fries and choice(s) of dipping sauces: Chickyboom BBQ, Bleu Cheese, Husker Dew, Dr. Sriracha, Ranch, Honey Mustard, Classic Buffalo, Dragon, or our new Samurai Fry Sauce!
Best for small appetites
A decent meal for one
A biggish meal for one, smallish for two
Pretty big meal for one, decent meal for two
Sweet KC-style BBQ Sauce smothering hand-cut, beer-battered chicken bites. Or opt instead to toss them in any of our chicken dipping sauces! Dragon bites are a staff favorite.
Double Double, toil and trouble...Bread and Meat, Barney Rubble (doesn't make sense, but it rhymes). Exchange meat with a Portabello Mushroom, or swap a lettuce wrap for the bread!

Assembled with only the finest contraband from Sure-would forest. Royal bacon, thin onion straws, and mead-poached green apple slices atop a beef patty. Creamy bleu cheese and a sweet house made apple jam are spread on opposing buns. Sweet and savory at it's finest, but the greedy Prince John doesn't want to share it, so keep it safe...keep it hidden...lie if you must!
Served with seasoned fries.

Sourdough bread, fresh mozzarella, basil leaves, and tomato, with a burger patty, served with seasoned fries. "...The Lady of the Lake, her arm clad in the purest shimmering samite, held aloft these (2) egg/bacon/cheese sliders and tots from the bosom of the water, signifying by divine providence that I, (your name here), should order eggs-calibur, and so be King! Or Queen. Whatever." - (not) Sir Thomas Mallory
Our BLT is made on Sourdough bread, spread with mayo, and served with a cup of soup - and we very much recommend adding an egg, because then it would spell BELTway, properly. Would you like to buy a vowel?
We just got local tortillas, from Moctec Mexican Foods in Manassas Park! These are weaponized...with flavor! (I know, that's terrible; sorry). Try our Cheese/Beef/Chicken Quesadilla, served solo (to be clear, an "Arm o'dilla" is a single quesadilla) - or else get 2: a Case o' Dillas for $10!
Bowls full of goodness, and usually some heat!
New Orleans inspired, Crossroads crafted. This was a hit on our Winter 2019 Transamerica menu - the name comes from the Jumbulaya word game. Spiced and simmered rice, roasted bell peppers, caramelized onions, jalapenos, sausage, chicken, and shrimp.

Popeye the Sailor Man would approve! He's almost 100 years old, and there are at least 23 Popeye board games - but most of them are serious antiques. Still, his lesson that spinach makes you strong is worth repeating. This salad features Spinach with Feta Cheese crumbles, Dried Cranberries, and Sunflower Seeds, along with a Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Vegetarian, Gluten Free; Vegan and Dairy-Free Option: no Feta

It's sticky and tasty and helps your brain: Apricot Foodferthot (food-for-thought. get it?). From Sorceress Kelly and her clan at The Lemonade Bakery, it's an apricot-oatmeal-cookie crumble bar, served with a small dollop of our own house-made whipped cream.
Our neighbor Weinegar's has made a one of a kind dessert just for Crossroads. They take a raspberry brownie, ball it up in to a truffle, and dip it in white chocolate or milk chocolate, and you get 4 pieces. The sorting hat chooses YOU for this dessert.
Yet another specialty treat from The Lemonade Bakery (we like them!). Cookies and cream fudge made with double stuff name brand cookies, cut in to 5 dice-sized cubes.
